1 Bed Budget Studio1 BED Sleeps 2 - 60m2 including deck

The studio is the smallest unit at 60m2 including the deck. It does not have a sea view from inside the apartment but does have glorious sea, harbor,  & mountain views from its private outside deck.

The small studio unit is 30m2 inside plus a large  30m2 private deck outside.

The private outside deck has a large sofa, dining table , 2 chairs & braai area with power for phones or laptop etc.

Inside the apartment has a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle etc. It also has a washing machine for guests staying longer. It has a shower, WC & basin. It has a small lounge / dining area. The TV has the full DSTV sports package & fast Fibre High Speed Internet. The bedroom has a Queen size bed with cupboard area.

1 Bed Deluxe is 90m2 overall split 45m2 unit inside plus a large 45m2 deck. Inside the unit there is a kitchenette with granite worktops & a double sink. There is also a Siemens quality coffee machine plus Siemens washing machine for guests staying for a longer visit. There is an AEG microwave plus kettle & Single hob

The lounge area has a large 75 inch Hi Sense Smart TV with full DSTV sports package plus Netflix/ You Tube internet access.

All the usual crockery & Cutlery & cooking utensils are suppiled for use on site.

There is a King Size bed with double wardrobes plus 2 x bedside cabinets .There is also a very nice reclined leather chair to relax in.

There is a bathroom with shower & WC with modern fittings as per the photos.

The large 45m2 deck is under a shaded area with 2 x 2 seater additional leather sofas plus a large glass dining table with dining chairs to enjoy al fresco dining whilst enjoying the incredible views

Plus 100 m2 raised terrace = 340 m2.

Totally open plan. The split level living is complemented by glass balustrades on the upper floor both inside plus on the main bedroom deck. The lower bedrooms can be opened up to inter communicate if required. To the side it opens out to a totally private additional 100m2 terrace making 340 m2 overall.

There is also a mountain stream that runs through this area of the garden, creating an incredible setting for the Presidential guests to braai & have sundowners at their leisure. The stream also allows us to harvest our own natural filtered water.

Bedroom 3 is on the lower level next to bedroom 2. It is small at approx 8m2  with a single bed plus chair & chest of drawers.  .
It is therefore not suitable for couples that wish to share a bed but suited for a single guest only.
It has  Fold back American shutters for light & privacy plus a sliding  door that opens out to the pool area as per the photos.
Bedroom 3 has Sea & Mountain views.
Please note that one of the guest sleeps on a Sofa Bed located in one of the Lounge areas.
We provide Sheets, Duvet & Pillows for this guest as well as the other bedrooms.

Open plan Hallway / lounge / kitchen/ diner opening out to a 50m2 wrap around balcony with sea /harbour/ beach & mountain views from every area.

 The Royal apartment also has its own additional 60m2 terrace with 2 proper braais that is shared with the Penthouse guests ie x 1 proper braai each . There is seating for a max of 12 guests ie 8 for Royal plus 4 for the Penthouse. This is located on the same level as the Royal apartment a few meters away from the entrance area.

Inside the Royal apartment there is contemporary modern interior design with XL porcelain tiles throughout.

Kitchen with granite worktops & central island /Stainless steel washing machine/ hob/ oven / fridge freezer / kettle/ microwave/ toaster / coffee maker etc.
