This magnificent, well planned Balinese style home blends in beautifully with
the environment. On entering this 4 bedroom, all en-suite home. The house sleeps
8 comfortably. There is a smaller room beneath the house with a bathroom. One
gets a feeling of spaciousness while overlooking the 13th green. The main
downstairs area encompasses the large entrance hall with guest toilet, 2 large
bedrooms both en suite, open plan lounge, dining room, study, kitchen and
separate scullery.
This home consists of an upstairs family area (lounge, 2 bedrooms both
en-suite). The roofed veranda covers an informal eating and living area as well
as a bar, which looks onto the rim flow pool. The house is air conditioned
throughout to ensure comfortable living during the hot, humid months of this
area's summer. For the rest of the year the dark wood ceiling fans will ensure
your comfort. There is a double garage, with automated doors, with a third
smaller garage, as well as a laundry. There is an enclosed courtyard with shower
and toilet. DStv and smartcard are included. Bath & beach towels as well as
