Perfect Location

Beach Villa, is a spacious two bed roomed apartment with stunning sea and mountain views and within walking distance to the beach and famous Waterfront. Stunning sea views, evening sunsets and leisurely walks along the beach promenade are the order of the day. Convenience could not rate higher with the V&A Waterfront, Green Point World Cup Soccer stadium, beaches, restaurants, golf course and shops all within easy walking distance. Popular tourist attractions including Robben Island, Table Mountain, Clifton and Camps Bay beaches, Green Point and Seapoint are easily accessible. Equally suitable for business people with the centre of Cape Town and the International Convention Centre only a few minutes away. The Cape Town International airport is about a 30 Minute drive away.

Comfortable Accommodation

This spacious and comfortably furnished apartment, with all round sea and mountain views, comprises a lounge, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a dinning area.

The main bedroom leads onto a balcony which looks out onto the sea. You can watch yachts sailing past and ocean liners cruising across the sea with Robben Island in the background.

The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 people. The main bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two single beds.

It is in a safe and well maintained apartment block with good security, a lift and private access and air conditioning.

There is a secure internal parking bay available.
