Bay View is an ideal 3 storey split level family home offering plenty of
space and comfortable living for all. The house has wonderful views of both the
sea and lagoon and is positioned 500metres from the beach and lagoon. The house
has 6 bedrooms and all are en-suite. The main bedroom is positioned on the
ground level and has a full en-suite and a Queen size bed. On the 1st Floor
there are 2 bedrooms both with Queen size beds and both have toilets, showers
and basins en-suite, The lower ground floor has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
that can be converted to a king size bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 three quarter
beds both these rooms are en suite with, toilet, shower and basin. the 3 rd
bedroom has 3 bunk beds in it sleeping 6 people, this bedroom has a separate
shower and toilet en suite. A baby cot is available on request.
The kitchen, lounge dining room is on the ground level as well as the separate
scullery which is equipped with a dish washer and the laundry which has a
washing machine and tumble drier and large freezer. There is a large deck on the
front and side which has a large built in braai and drop down blinds which is
ideal for entertaining on.
Plenty of off street parking as well as a secure double garage. The property is
completely enclosed with split pole fencing.
There is a second lounge on the 1st floor and it has a large wooden deck which a
perfect place to sit and enjoy the views of the lagoon and beach.
The TV lounge is situated on the lower ground floor and is an ideal
teenager/kids hang out as it leads onto a large level lawn.
All linen supplied with exception of towels. Satellite TV is provided as well.
