Less than a hundred metres walk from the Fish Hoek beach, the picture windows of
this luxury apartment look out on the Indian Ocean, giving a panoramic view of
the beach, False Bay and the mountains beyond.
Recently furnished to provide every comfort, the apartment contains the full
facilities of a modern family home. The decorations are of a high standard and
original paintings and prints are hung throughout.
The well furnished living area is laid out in open plan so that occupants of the
sitting room, diners and the cook in the kitchen may freely converse with each
other and enjoy the exceptional views. The dining area is purpose built and the
designer kitchen fully fitted and equipped.
The main bedroom includes queen size bed, built in cupboards, vanity unit,
sitting area and en-suite shower room. Adjoining the room is an open alcove
fitted as an office area with broadband wireless router (available at cost),
Canon printer and a sea view.
In the second bedroom (The Blue Room) is a queen size bed with built-in
cupboards and vanity unit and the third bedroom has been furnished as a
children's room with double bunk and extendable sleeper bed.
Partitioning enables an easy conversion if required of a corner of the extended
living room to a fourth bedroom with double bed sleeper couch and, of course, a
view of the sea.
The family bathroom has a corner bath and cupboards housing a washing machine
and tumble drier.
Dual view satellite television (available at cost) and DVD equipment are housed
in a closable cabinet in the living room and there is a second television set in
the main bedroom.
All linen is provided except for beach towels. Cleaning is arranged before and
after each tenancy and can also be provided during visits at cost.
Parking for two cars is available, in a lock up garage with remote control and a
designated parking bay in a private gated (also remote controlled) area.
Locally, the star attraction is Fish Hoek beach which enjoys a sheltered family
corner and is host to swimmers, surfers, wind surfers, canoeists, joggers,
walkers and sandcastle builders. During the late winter/early spring (August to
November) there are wonderful whale watching opportunities from the apartment
itself and from "Jager Walk" which runs along the southern shore of Fish Hoek
Bay.
Other local leisure amenities include mountain hikes, Clovelly Golf Club,
bowling and the nearby fishing port of Hout Bay; and at your door are the
delights of Cape Town, the Cape Peninsular and the Cape Winelands.
