| Terms Of Payment |
| No bookings will be confirmed unless the required deposit has been paid and cleared or another booking has already been accepted.Full payment must be made and bank clearance obtained prior to arrival date. Breakage deposits will be held until after the Villa has been cleaned and the inventory of all items checked. Any broken or misplaced items will be deducted from your deposits. Maid fees must be paid upfront if required. |
| Cancellation Policy |
| If cancelled less than 8 weeks prior to booked dates we reserve the right to retain a 100% of the deposit.Furthermore all cancellations will require a R1000 cancellation and Admin fee. |
| Arrival & Departure Times |
| BOOKING IN TIMES FROM 2 PM AND DEPARTURE BY 10 AM (Unless otherwise arranged and approved in writing) Holiday Home Visitors Forms must be handed to the Gate to confirm your booking. |
| Rules/Conditions |
| The house rules of the complex/Estate must be adhered to at all times. No fireworks allowed. Speed limits to be adhered to and unlicensed drivers not permitted to drive on the Roads. Gate passes must be obtained from the Security office on arrival. I.D's To be presented with Notification Form regarding booking and dates. Please note there is no cleaning services on Christmas day,Boxing day,New Years day or Good Friday and any National Election day. PLEASE RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBOURS PRIVACY AND NOISE FACTOR |
