Main House - The main house (upper level) consists of:

Lounge and dining room open plan towards the well-planned, fully fitted kitchen. Separate scullery with washing machine, tumble dryer and ice maker. Lounge with gas fireplace, air conditioner, plasma screen TV and full DSTV. Dining room with 8-seater dining table and high back chairs. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom, furnished with queen size bed en-suite to a full bathroom (luxury bath and shower). Sliding doors open on to Jacuzzi area. Second bedroom, furnished with queen size bed. Sliding doors open on to patio. Third bedroom, furnished with two single beds (convertible to king size bed on request). Sliding doors open on to private stoep area. Second bathroom consists of separate toilet, separate shower and separate luxury bath with basin.

Elevated patio with soothing views equipped with built-in braai, 8-seater outdoor table & chairs and a relaxing Jacuzzi (available at additional costs).

One automated lock-up garage and one under-cover carport.
