| Terms Of Payment |
| All bookings require a 30% booking deposit (if more than 30 days from arrival), with the balance and a refundable breakage deposit due two weeks prior to arrival. Bookings less than 30 days from arrival will require full payment. |
| Cancellation Policy |
| Cancellations up to 45 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund and up to 30 days prior to arrival a 50% refund. Any cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival will not be refunded. |
| Rules/Conditions |
| Bookings for up to 6 guests will be accommodated in the house, 7-8 guests will be the house with access to one studio and 9-10 guests will be the house and both studios. |
