Tucked away within indigenous bush, Avuxeni Lodge overlooks the 7th fairway
of the renowned Hans Merensky Golf Estate bordering on the Kruger National Park.
Fully air conditioned with additional ceiling fans, decorated in luxurious East
African/sleeperwood style, the lodge sleeps up to 8 adults in 4 twin en suite
bedrooms. A spacious open style living area flows on to a large covered patio
area with plunge pool for indoor-outdoor living, from which step directly on to
the 7th fairway for "Golf with Game!"
The lodge is fully equipped for self catering with dishwasher, microwave,
washing machine etc. The lodge is serviced weekly with a change of towels etc.
Optional additional daily domestic servicing is also available and a golf cart
is available on a daily basis. The thatch covered patio area has a gas barbecue
and there is also an outside purpose built one.
Hotel facilities with tennis, squash courts, gym and restaurants are a stone's
throw away. The Phalaborwa Gate into the Kruger Park is 5 minutes away by road.
Daily guided day, sunset and night tours into the Kruger Park departing from the
hotel. Olifants River cruises, micro-lighting and 4x4 courses also available.
Enjoy the famous Bob Grimsdell designed championship course where wild game and
the extensive list of Kruger Park birds add extra spice to a good round of golf.
Stop over at the luxurious halfway house with it's panoramic views over the
Kruger Park. Listen to the sounds of the African Bush at night and enjoy the
phenomenal stars of the Southern African night skies.

What a beautiful house on the golf course surrounded by wildlife. Very tranquil
setting and the plunge pool and air cons were a real winner. The place is even
better than the photos. We will definitely be back. We highly recommend it.
