are no further than 400 meters from the Town Hub i.e. the main beach,
restaurants, pubs, supermarket, shops, flea markets, garage and children's
playground!
This charming fully equipped three bed roomed secure abode offers every facility
to make your holiday an absolute pleasure with all the luxuries provided for
your comfort, relaxation and enjoyment.
The comfortable lounge and dining room are open plan. The undercover braai
leading from the kitchen has a glass-enclosed protected patio with seating under
the gazebo, ensuring that you can enjoy some memorable outdoor meals.
The full DSTV channel package will ensure that you never miss the sports and if
the weather is just that little bit lousy, we provide the wood for you to
snuggle up in front of the fire whilst you catch up on the latest movie.
The cottage has three stunningly decorated bedrooms with the main bedroom
ensuite and the other two being served by a full sized bathroom.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and also has a washing machine.
There is a single garage and also outside shade cover parking for one other car.
"At the Beach" is your spring board to also visiting the many other superb
attractions in the area.
The West Coast National Park borders the town of Langebaan and is a must if you
are nature enthusiast or in need of a swim in the warm waters in the upper
lagoon with pristine white beaches.
Of course you might be a tourist, wind surfer, kite boarder, sailor, nature
enthusiast, cyclist , horse rider, golfer, gambler, hiker, kayaker, boating or
