We offer a cozy fully equipped apartment in the quiet area of Voelklip, Hermanus with large windows facing the beautiful fynbos covered mountain.

Accommodation comprises a sunny , spacious studio apartment private street entrance lawn and garden at ground level with no staircases.

Child friendly.

Easily accessible off road parking is provided outside your window.

The apartment consists of an open plan lounge, sleeping area, kitchenette and full bathroom and courtyard.

Kitchenette:
Fridge/freezer, microwave, 2 plate stove with oven, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery for 4 persons and a tea tray.

Lounge:
Comfortable couch and sleeper couch ( for two toddlers). TV (MNet)

Cot available for Baby on request.

Sleeping area:
Very comfortable king size / two single beds as required.

Ample built in cupboards with small lock up safe.

All bedding and towels supplied ( Changed regularly) Beach towels on request.

Bath Room:
With glass screened shower over bath. Separate w.c.room.

Enclosed luscious green courtyard with garden table and chairs and BBQ Facilities.

From Voelklip Beach the very beautiful scenic Cliff Path can be followed in one direction to Grotto Beach or all the way to the Village centre and Old and New Harbor for wonderful close by WHALE WATCHING Mountain WALKING TRAILS are easily accessible, one block from the apartment.

The FERNKLOOF NATURE RESERVE entrance is two minutes drive away.

The newly developed scenic 27 hole HERMANUS GOLF COURSE is situated halfway from the accommodation to the Village Centre, which is 5 min drive away. ARABELLA GOLF COURSE is half an hour away.

The Seven eleven SUPER MARKET is situated across the common from the apartment

One hour drive from CAPE TOWN INTERNATIONAL AIR PORT.
