in the popular leafy suburb of Clarendon in Pietermaritzburg-Msunduzi, the
capital of the Province of KwaZulu Natal. The apartment is perfectly located to
all amenities, while having a calm suburban feel. The business district,
Midlands Mall Shopping Centre and numerous schools and nature parks are all
within 5 minutes drive. Our rooms are comfortable and tastefully furnished. The
property has remote access with secure under-cover parking.
There is easy access to the N3 motorway making this the perfect destination for
all visiting PMB whether it's for business, sporting events, arts and crafts or
special occasions. This unit is also ideal for "relocation" purposes as well as
long-term stays.
Accommodation
Our apartment sleeps 4 and comprises two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a fully
equipped granite kitchen as well as an open plan dining room and lounge with
small patio. One bedroom has a king size bed, air-conditioner unit and built-in
cupboards and the other, two single beds and built-in cupboards.

the recent World Champs been held in Pietermaritzburg. Cedara, Cascades,
Worldsview, Fern hill, Garlick Timbers, Howick, Bisley nature
reserve, Cumberland Nature Reserve, Midmar Dam & Nature reserve are all
fantastic world class spots to ride.
