Arundel Place has breath taking un-interrupted mountain views looking into golden gate from your bed. Only 4km outside of Clarens. We are a young couple who have moved to Clarens from the UK with our family looking to accommodate you as best we can and make your stay really memorable.

The house was entered as house of the year by House and leisure magazine for 2007 after a ten-page article featured in the December issue.

Arundel Place is set on just over 4ha stand with 100m of river frontage. Set in Bethel Estate, which sits high on a ridge that boasts great views from Mount Horeb and Golden gate to the Maluti Mountains, and even the Witteberge towards Ficksburg. (Seriously good views)
Roam the open countryside and picnic down by the little Caledon, which meanders through our own valley.

Arundel Place offers two brand new self-contained suites. Each with it's own entrance. The accommodation comprises of a light and airy bedroom/ living area with an open log fire, dining table and a whole wall of floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the magnificent mountain views.

A queen size bed with pure cotton linens from Europe, and a top quality electric blanket for those chilly Clarens winter nights. And an en-suite shower room with fluffy towels provided.

Each suite has it's own beautiful fully equipped hand built kitchen. Complete with granite worktops, freestanding stainless steel electric stove with gas hob, microwave oven, and fridge. With our own mountain mineral water on tap.

Arundel Place offers your own patio with braai facilities, and garden furniture where you can completely relax and enjoy watching our ducks and chickens in our pretty gardens.

Parking is right next to the accommodation.

Arundel Place is no smoking but ashtrays are provided for the patios.
