Apricot Hill is a tranquil country venue, offering affordable cottages and
crofts in the
Cradle of Humankind, Crocodile Ramble area of Muldersdrift. Close enough to
Johannesburg and Pretoria and a million miles from anywhere!
Just a few cottages and crofts scattered amongst the Elephant Ears and Sweet Thorn trees,
high on a hilltop. With glorious African Sunsets, the haunting call of hunting
jackal and the soft "Hooo-ho" of our resident Eagle Owl, Apricot Hill is the
perfect anti-dote to stressful city life and a great escape for weekends and
holidays.
Game reserves, trout, caves, arts and crafts, gourmet restaurants and jolly
pubs, horse riding, Maropeng Centre, Silverstar Casino, go-karting, quad-biking,
archery... The list of activities nearby goes on and on! Easy access to the
water sports and village markets of Hartbeespoort Dam, the quaint shops and
country eateries of Magaliesburg. Oh, and don't forget the wedding venues all
around us. And if you must, there's also shopping not far away...
Fancy a touch of cave abseiling, bungee jumping or just a peaceful lounge in the
afternoon sun next to the pool. Or your own sunset "braai" with a bottle of
