The Beach: The beautiful beach is approx 100m away. The main swimming beach with lifeguards & tidal pool is approx 10 min stroll down the beach.

Living Area: Stylish and very spacious open plan lounge & dining area with wooden floors leading to patio, equipped with full entertainment system: TV, satellite dish (bring your own DSTV) & DVD.

Furniture: Up-market, stylish modern furniture.

Bedrooms: 5 luxury non-smoking bedrooms. 3 of the 5 bedrooms have sea-views.

• Honeymoon Suite: Stylish master bedroom with queen-size extra length bed, sea views, sliding door opening onto sun-deck. En-suite bathroom with bath & shower.
• Bedroom 2: 2 single extra length beds, sea views, and sliding door opening onto patio.
• Bedroom 3: Queen-size extra length bed, sea views, sliding door opening onto patio.
• Bedroom 4: 4 bunk beds suitable for children & early teens.
• Cottage: 2 single beds & double sleeper couch.

Bathrooms: Four.

• One en-suite to Honeymoon Suite.
• Second with bath.
• Third with shower.
• Fourth (in cottage) with shower.
• Bath & beach towels excluded.

Patio: with sea views, outdoor furniture & sun loungers, and braai.

Kitchen & Laundry: Fully equipped, caters for 8, incl. dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, large fridge/freezer. Laundry fully equipped with washing machine, tumble-dryer, iron, etc.

Parking: Secure off road parking for 3-4 cars.

Cleaning Staff: Daily servicing (excluding weekends & public holidays). Saturday servicing is available by prior arrangement at additional charge. Personal laundry not included in daily servicing but can be provided at an additional charge.

The Train: The South Coast train passes by approx twice a day - It is great fun for the kids and the driver normally obliges with a toot of the horn if you wave. There is a safe, authorized crossing to the beach.
