Amaqele Bed & Breakfast offers country experience close to the city. Situated
in Chartwell, a lovely tranquil country area a few minutes from Fourways and
Lanseria Airport. Relax in the landscaped garden, revive your spirits at the serene water feature, or plunge into the sparkling pool after an exhausting day. For the more sporty, horse rides can be arranged in the vicinity.
The five en-suite bedrooms, each with hairdryer, bar fridges and Satellite TV, are individually decorated, spacious and comfortable. Own access to the rooms ensures ones privacy. Smokers and non-smokers are catered for. Amaqele offers secure parking, laundry facilities, lounge with fireplace and bar. For the business traveller, there are internet, fax and printer facilities available.
Rooms:
We offer 3 superior rooms (one with kitchenette), each with its own TV. All rooms are individually decorated, spacious and comfortable with bar fridge, tea and coffee facility, hairdryer, and all other bathroom amenities. All rooms offer total privacy with their separate access as well as a private verandah. All rooms are free standing cottages in a landscaped, indigenous garden.
We now also offer two executive/family suites; very spacious cottages offering one master bedroom with bathroom en-suite, second bedroom/lounge, fully equipped kitchen. This setting is perfect for the executive traveler/businessmen or for families who need a bit of extra space. They also feature DStv and telephone on a pay as you go basis.
English and German spoken.
Choose to have either the 'hearty', or 'continental' breakfast in the diningroom, or on the patio overlooking the hills of the northern suburbs. Snacks and/or dinner by arrangement.

For the adventurous with time on their hands, trips can easily be arranged: Rhinopark, Lion Park, Magaliesberg,
Sun City,
Pilanesberg National Park, etc. Customised maps are available to make your journey as trouble-free as possible. For trips to the coast,
Kruger National Park, or any other South African destination, consult the management and staff for reliable route planning and booking.
