Situated on the hills, overlooking the Helderkruin community, Alvesta is
located in a quiet residential area next to the Kloofendal nature reserve.
Alvesta is strategically situated with easy access to shopping centers,
businesses and restaurants. National roads are closely situated and other places
of interest such as the Ruimsig stadium, Lanseria airport, wedding & conference
venues as well as the Walter Sizulu Botanical gardens are also close by. Warm
hospitality and hearty breakfasts are prepared with skilled enthusiasm just to
spoil you. Dinner will be gladly prepared on request. All en-suite bedrooms are
stylishly decorated and crispy clean facilities await you on your arrival. Every
room has access to either the balcony or the swimming pool area. Another unique
trade mark of Alvesta is the fact that it doubles as an art gallery.
Alvesta Guest house has a variety of 7 double rooms that could easily
accommodate from a business man and some a family of four. All the rooms have
showers and two of the rooms are equipped with baths. Each room is creatively
named, with matching decor that adds to that personal touch. A bar fridge, tea &
coffee facilities, as well as selected satellite television channels are
available in every room.
Facilities
The swimming pool with rest & braai area gives you that at-home feeling. The
lounge with a small library is available to guests provides a personal &
relaxing touch. A second braai area, set on the balcony provides you with a
breathtaking view of the nature reserve, as well as, stunning sunrises and
sunsets. Fax, e-mail and internet facilities are available for business
transactions. Laundry services are also available on request. Transport
arrangements to airports etc can be arranged for you.

Alvesta resembles this unique diversity. Our staff will take you on a discovery
of taste and smell, presented with every meal. We believe in using the fresh
