Terraces lead onto luxurious and generous salt-water pool in an indigenous garden, reflective of Western Cape flora.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms
4 luxurious bedrooms one with 2x twin, two with 2x queen and one with 1x king size beds, all provided with percale bedding and soft towels. Main and guest suites have en-suite bathrooms, fully equipped with bath, shower, toilet and 'his' and 'hers' vanity basins as well as shaving points, main bedroom has walk-in cupboards, free standing fireplace and Juliet balcony. The bathrooms all have generous shower for two, gorgeous baths with scenic views.

Kitchen
Fully equipped granite kitchen with breakfast facilities, fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, small appliances, crockery and cutlery for 12 people.

Lounge/Dinning Room
Dinning room provides for 10/12 people, stepping down into the lounge and through large folding doors onto the pool terrace to panoramic mountain views, 10 seater outdoor teak patio set and 4 elegant pool loungers.

Study/Library/Entertainment Room
A very large multi-purpose room with big folding doors that open up onto the pool terrace, equipped with a office/business facilities such as laser printing and faxing facilities as well as broadband ADSL wireless and fixed-line connectivity.

Family/TV Room
Large family room with comfortable furniture, DStv with surround sound (smartcard can be provided or bring your own), DVD/CD/MP3 player and Apple iPod cradle.

Garage
Double garage and driveway with parking for 2 to 4 cars, terrace on garage deck with magnificent views of the mountains and great for stargazing.
