About this place
Set in the lush subtropical climate 45km north of Durban, Zimbali Coastal Resort
offers beautiful nature, excellent golf, stunning beaches with the warm water of
the Indian Ocean, and a mild climate throughout the year. The Zimbali Golf
Course is a world-class course, first in Africa to be designed by former British
Open and South African winner, Tom Weiskopf.
Baluwatu offers luxury air-conditioned accommodation with four upstairs
bedrooms: The main and second bedrooms enjoy spectacular views from the balcony.
Queen size bed, shower/bath en-suite.
Bedroom three offers queen size bed with its own shower/en-suite. Bedroom four
offers two single beds with shower/w.c. en-suite.
Downstairs there is a well-equipped and modern kitchen with state of the art
appliances (including micro-wave oven, electric oven and electric hob). Next to
the kitchen is the Scullery with Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher and Washing Machine.
The scullery leads into the enclosed courtyard.
The dining room and lounge both open onto a covered veranda, with the swimming
pool to one side - safety net is provided. A four-seater golf cart parked in the
double garage is for your use, either to experience the Zimbali Golf Course or
to take a leisurely drive around the estate. The Lounge opens out to the Veranda
with spectacular Golf Course views and a portable gas braai (BBQ) for your
convenience.
The resort offers a spa, golf, tennis, restaurants and horse riding on the
beach.
