50% Deposit is needed to secure your booking and paid within 36 hours of invoicing.
Balance of payment to be made 48hrs before arrival unless arrangements are made with management.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled 0-7 Days prior to arrival, forfeit 100% of Deposit
7-14 Days 75%
14-21 days 50%
21 days 50%
Please note that clients who do not arrive after reserving accommodation forfeit 100% of there deposit and are liable for full payment.
Any cancellation is charged a R250.00 cancellation fee.

Arrival & Departure Times

Arrival: 2.00 PM
Departure: strictly: 10.00 AM
Any client who does not arrive before 7.00 PM in season without making arrangements will lose their accommodation.
