Eshowe
Our activities are centred in Eshowe, "A City Set on a Hill", the Colonial
capital and close to the Capitals of the old Zulu Kingdoms.
Rich in Zulu and Colonial history, Eshowe is situated around the 250 hectare
indigenous coastal Dlinza Forest which forms part of The Great 5 Forests of
Zululand.

Eshowe is on the Battlefields Route, Zululand Birding Route, and KZN Beer Route.
We do specialized Historical, Cultural, Battlefields, Birding, Zulu Village &
Overnight tours, Sangoma Healing, Zulu, Craft and Zulu Upliftment tours.
Eshowe offers the Museum Village (Zululand Historical Museum at Fort Nongqayi,
Vukani Craft Collection and The Norwegian Missionary Museum), as well as the
Aerial Boardwalk through the Forest Canopy with a 20 metre View Tower
overlooking the Dlinza Forest which has some unique bird species as well as
beautiful hiking trails.
The town boasts a wealth of fauna, flora and bird life unequalled in Southern
Africa (Over 400 bird species within a 60 kilometre radius are to be found). It
is surrounded by lush natural forests, sugar plantations and orchards.
