Helen and Claudio Celestino have been working in the health and wellness field for more than 10 years. They first began working individually as body-workers, offering various treatments like Ayurvedic massage, Lomi lomi Hawaiian bodywork, Reiki, Indian head massage and Dorn manual spinal therapy.
After they met in 2003, they decided to combine all their skills and experience and opened Touch the Treatment Place. They now offer not only their amazing and specialized massage therapies, Ayurveda and Lomi lomi but put together Couples Massage Workshops, Ayurvedic Vegetarian Cooking Courses and various retreats to support a growing interest in the public for more wellness services.
Their Ayurvedic Vegetarian Cooking courses are small intimate classes which run 3 times a year over 3 weeks. In these classes you will learn how to balance your life through your diet according to the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda.
The unique and personally designed Couples Massage Workshop or Couples Retreat where they combine both aspects of the body and mind process work, allows any couple to experience an
amazing shift in their relationship and the intimate way they are with each other.
Since 2003, Claudio has completed a 2 year Executive Coaching diploma (coach dip SACAP), and has become a Systemic Work Facilitator (IIT Germany). Helen has completed her 2 year Family Constellations Facilitator training here in South Africa through Family Constellations Africa and is also a Systemic Work Facilitator (IIT Germany). Combining their knowledge and experience in working with the body and mind Claudio and Helen offer a holistic approach to health and wellbeing.
