The Sterkfontein dam is situated 1740 meters above sea level and is pristine and totally unpolluted. It is home to smallmouth and largemouth yellowfish, much sought after by fly-fisherman.

I am the only guide that resides on the dam and have been involved in fly-fishing, stocking and promoting at this venue and the northeastern Free State for 22 years.

I have a rubberduck that can carry 6 people and have access to the entire dam.

Food and refreshments as well as extra flies, lines, sun block are supplied as well
