The apartment consists of a main bedroom with
queen sized double bed and en-suite toilet with shower and bath. The second
bedroom has two single beds, and has a separate shower and toilet. Apartment is

There is a large open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room
area which has a partial sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern
appliances including a dish washer, microwave, convection oven and a built in
stove and a large fridge freezer.
There is a large flat screen LCD TV
with DSTV. A small HiFi which is IPod compatible and free Wi-Fi is available.
The outdoor areas consist of a private decked courtyard with outdoor
furniture and a Weber braai. There is a small viewing deck out back also with
partial sea view and view of Lion's Head. There is no washing machine or tumble
dryer but a laundry service can be provided on request. The apartment can be
serviced on request, these services are not included in the rental charges.

Kloof Road where ample street parking is always available even in high season.
These steps are well lit at night. A further 100 steps takes you down to the
amazing Clifton 1st and 2nd Beaches. It is a 15-20 minute stroll to trendy Camps
bay packed with restaurants and shops, or you can take a short 10 minute taxi or
bus ride to Camps Bay or the Waterfront and the centre of Cape Town. A short
distance from Kloof Road there is direct access onto Lions Head which has
wonderful mountain trails for running or walking.
Due to its location on
Clifton Steps the area is very quiet with no passing vehicular traffic and very
few pedestrians. Although this is a very low crime area - almost unheard of on
Clifton Steps the apartment is secure with high quality retractable Trellidoors
covering all doors and window.

The apartment is not wheelchair friendly due to the fact that there are 50
steps down from the road to the apartment and 100 steps down to the beach.
Children of all ages are welcome although not really suitable for babies and
toddlers due to its location on Clifton Steps.

- Follow the N2 to New Market Street in the Foreshore
- Take Strand Street Exit from the N2
- Follow Strand Street and High Level Road to Kloof Road in Clifton 7,7kms
- Park near 282 Kloof Road
- Walk down Clifton Steps off Kloof Road and 7A will be on your right hand side.
