bedrooms that shares a bathroom. The fourth bedroom next to the pool has two
single beds and its own bathroom. Linen is supplied , please bring your own
towels.
The fully equipped open plan kitchen with marble tops includes a stove, two
fridge/Freezers, dishwasher and microwave oven.
The well furnished lounge area includes a flat screen TV with DSTV bouquet,
comfortable chairs and a separate dining area.
All Bedrooms has got ceilingfans and main bedroom and living area
airconditioning.
The huge furnished covered patio with seaview , eight seater table and chairs
overlooks the beautiful swimming pool and braai fascility.
There is undercover parking for one vehicle and additional secured open parking
for guests.
Laundry with washing machine and servant quarters available.
The house is well secured with electric fencing and beams.
