A modern, luxurious, self catering 3 bedroom house ( sleeps 6 people ). The
house is North and West facing and has magnificent views over the Outeniqua
mountains and the Kingswood golf estate. You can also enjoy beautiful sunsets.
It is ideal for the keen golfer as it is only 700m from the Kingswood Clubhouse
and 2.5km from the George Golf course. Fancourt is about 7km away and the famous
Oubaai only 18km.
Located in a quiet and safe area in a small security complex. The unit is very
private and offers secure off street parking. Garaging can be arranged.
There is a large open plan living area with a gas fireplace. The kitchen is
fully equipped and flows into the dining area. The kitchen has a gas/electric
stove and there is a covered patio with stacking doors and a gas/wood braai.
It consists of 3 bedrooms of which the main bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom
and the other 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom. The main bedroom has
air-conditioning and there is under floor heating throughout the house.
There is a TV in the lounge and the main bedroom with DSTV ( PVR ) in both.
There is also a DVD/CD player in the lounge.
Being in George ( the heart of the Garden Route ) you will be able to explore
the Garden Route on day trips to Mossel Bay, Oudtshoorn
and all the lovely beaches surrounding George, such as Victoria Bay and Herolds
Bay.
