This 3-bedroom, first floor apartment with sea views, has a very relaxing
environment with swimming pool and tennis court. It is less than a 200 meters
stroll to the famous Thompson's Bay beach and tidal pool.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and the third with 2 single beds - so
you can comfortably sleep 6 people. Duvets and linen are provided for the beds.
Main bedroom en-suite with bath and a second bathroom with a shower service the
other two bedrooms. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. Bring own bath-
and beach towels and dishcloths.
Modern open plan kitchen/dining room/lounge area, leads through a sliding door
to the balcony with patio furniture and a Weber braai. The unit is equipped with
a fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. TV
with DSTV decoder (no TV reception without smartcard).
A light daily floor service is included in tariff, no service on Sundays or
public holidays. Access to complex is by remote control. One lockup garage plus
one under cover parking.
