5 Third Avenue Guesthouse, located in the garden suburb of
Walmer, is the closest of any form of accommodation to P.E. airport. We offer clean and comfortable accommodation in 8 private rooms each with own kitchenette and shower-en-suite. The accommodation is set back from the road which makes for a quiet oasis close to major amenities. Six of our rooms look out over the pool and braai (BBQ) lapa
area. A room sleeps 2 people. A 3rd fold out mattress can be added. Our rooms
are equipped with twin beds. Queen Size bed available on request. Family unit
has got a queen size bed and a fold couch
Rate differs December/January holiday period.
We Offer:
- Rooms are serviced daily except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
- Family Unit also available.
- Free airport transfers from 8am until 8pm.
- Fax and photocopying facilities.
- Wi-Fi available in designated areas
- Laundry services
- Tea & Coffee upon arrival.
- Large swimming pool.
- Braai (BBQ) & Lapa area for guests use.
- All rooms are shower en-suite, with 2 single beds or a queen size bed
(Family unit has a queen size bed and a fold out couch). In each unit there is a
ceiling fan, heater, fridge, microwave oven, 2 plate stove, TV with M-net,
kettle, toaster and cutlery / crockery
- Bedding and towels are supplied. We provide Shower Gel, Hand Soap, Dishwashing Liquid, Coffee, Tea, Sugar, Powder Milk. Please bring your own Shampoo, BATH soap, face cloth and BEACH towels. (Available on request).
- 3rd Fold out bed can be added for a nominal charge.
- We are a non-smoking establishment but guests who wish to smoke may do so in the braai (BBQ) area.
