The unit is on the first floor and consists of an open-plan bed sitter with double bed and ceiling fan, 2 comfortable chairs, a separate bathroom with shower and large private patio/sundeck with furniture and a braai.

The fully equipped kitchen is built into the living area and has a fridge with a separate freezer section, a 2 plate stove and oven, microwave, cordless kettle, toaster and kitchen utensils. A lock-up garage, full security system and small safe is provided.
