Beach" of KZN province and boasts an incredible stretch of pristine beach and
Rock Pools. It is also only 5 minutes away from Zimbali's famous Golf Course. 59
The Beacon is a bright and modern 3 Bedroom Ground Floor unit which has a large
covered veranda and wide lawn area - perfect for outdoor summer living and for
kids to play. The Beach is a short 300m walk away - which means NO MORE DRIVING
once you've settled in and a stunning big swimming pool and Tennis Courts are
within 100m of the unit so everything you need for relaxation is in within easy
reach.
The unit is used regularly by the owners who have the 2 children so its fully
furnished & equipped to run as a "Beach Home-from-Home" making your life easier.

- The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed plus built-in cupboards;

- The lounge has big comfortable furniture and area includes a "Double-bed
pull-out sleeper couch" allowing the unit to sleep 8 people- however it must
be noted that it is only recommended for 2 children ( under 15 years) to
share the sleeper couch. (It is not suitable for 2 large adults)
- The Modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher,
fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, cooler bags & all
utensils;
- The lounge area includes TV; full selection of satellite DSTV channels,
DVD machine and CD / radio player.
- The patio has a large outside dining area table and chairs to seat 10
people, a large Braai, and a garden lounger /sunbed.
- Extras available in the apartment include 5 x Boogie Boards; 2 sets of
Flippers; a Beach umbrella, 4 fold-up chairs, 6 x Tennis rackets (no balls,
please bring own) and a Dartboard (please bring your own Darts)
- There are also numerous Board and Card games for kids 3 years and up.
The Ballito shopping Mall with a variety of restaurants & Coffee Shops is 5
minutes drive whilst The Gateway Shopping Mall in Umhlanga is 15 minutes away.
The complex area is very secure and includes Security screening at the gates and
Patrol Guards on the premises 24 hours a day.
A "Light" Cleaning service is included daily and "full" service can be requested
at an extra charge if required.
