59 The Beacon is a bright and modern 3 Bedroom Ground Floor unit which has a
large covered veranda and wide lawn area - perfect for outdoor summer living and
for kids to play. The Beach is a short 400m walk away - which means NO MORE
DRIVING or PARKING once you've settled in. Besides the close beach there are Sun
loungers in the garden, A stunning big swimming pool, and Tennis Courts are
within 100m of the unit so everything you need for relaxation is in within easy
reach.
The unit is used regularly by the owners who have the 2 children so its fully
furnished & equipped to run as a "Beach Home-from-Home" making your life easier
plus a FREE daily Clean-up service is included in our rates which covers making
of beds, mopping floors and washing up dishes every day ( except Sundays)

- The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed plus built-in cupboards;
- The 3rd bedroom has 2 x single beds and built-in cupboards. Under the 2
beds are 2 spare mattresses which are convenient to make up kids beds on the
floor if required to sleep 2 more children.
- Large 2nd bathroom;
- The lounge has big comfortable furniture and includes DSTV full
selection of satellite channels, DVD machine and CD / radio player.
- The Modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher,
fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, cooler bags & all
utensils for braiing/BBQ;
- The wide covered patio has a large dining table and chairs to seat 10
people, a large Braai, and a garden lounger /sunbeds.
- Extras available in the apartment include 5 x Boogie Boards; 2 sets of
Flippers; a Beach umbrella, 4 fold-up beach chairs, 6 x Tennis rackets (no
balls, please bring own) and a Dartboard (please bring your own Darts);
Cooler Bags for the beach.

- Zimbali's famous Golf Course is 10 minutes drive away.
- The Ballito shopping Malls offering a wide variety of Fashion stores;
restaurants & Coffee Shops is 5 minutes drive away and The Gateway Shopping
Mall in Umhlanga is 15 minutes away.
- The complex area is very secure and includes Security screening at the
boomed gates and Patrol Guards on the premises 24 hours a day.
