decoder. The balcony has beautiful views of the canals and has a built in braai. The apartment is a mere 5 metres from the water's edge and only a 5 minute walk to the beach.
The complex is secure and has 24 hour security. Further features are a swimming pool, laundry and boat launching facilities for leisurely drives along the canals. A small fee is required for purchasing a boat permit at the Marina and boats are welcome if driven at idling speed.
