Perfectly situated on Anstey's beach, "38 Foreshore Drive" is the ideal
location for business or pleasure. This fully furnished accommodation consists
of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, lounge, balcony, garage and an additional
parking bay, all on a secure property. Although linen is provided, bath and
beach towels are not supplied. The ever changing beach offers spectacular
sunrise and sunsets with great opportunities to view dolphins and whales. You
can enjoy sea-views from the lounge, kitchen, balcony and upstairs bedroom.
While on business, The Bluff is conveniently about 10km away from the city
centre making it easily accessible and about 10km from Durban International
Airport. There are many restaurants to choose from within 5km of your
accommodation.
While on holiday, The Bluff offers easy access to many interesting places and a
large selection of Game reserves (see facilities). Your host will be more than
happy to advise or assist you regarding things to do and places to see.
Smoking is not allowed in the house, but guests are welcome to smoke on the
balcony or outside.
No pets.
The unit offers SABC1, 2, 3 and Etv. The DStv dish and facilities are set up,
but guests will need to bring their own smart card to view any of the DStv
channels.
The layout of the bedrooms are as follows:
- Upstairs we have 1 room with a double bed, shower, basin and toilet
attached.
- Downstairs we have 1 room (main room) with a double bed, sunken bath,
shower and basin attached, but there is no toilet as the bathroom is open
plan. There is a sliding door leading into the small garden area.
- Downstairs we have 1 room with 2 single beds. Across the passageway is
this rooms bathroom consisting of a shower, basin and toilet that will be
shared with the main downstairs room. There is a sliding door leading into
the small garden area.
- The whole unit has been tiled with slate and guests should have a look
to see if they can spot some plant fossils!
- There are two entrances into the unit, one upstairs leading into the
kitchen/lounge area and the other being downstairs through the garage into
the passageway.
- The whole house can be rented out or rooms can be rented individually in
which case the kitchen, lounge and balcony will be communal.
