This 2-bedroom garden apartment which sleeps 4, is situated a stones throw away from the sea, being the closest unit to the beach. It has a large tiled patio and small garden, and superb sea views coupled with personal privacy.
The complex has a large communal garden, fenced swimming pool and braai area.
Entrance to the complex is controlled by electric gate, and the flat has an enclosed, lock-up garage, as well as parking for additional vehicles, a few metres from the front door. Front and back doors are fitted with security gates.
The quarry tiled living area is well furnished, with comfortable Corricraft couch for TV viewing, and 6 place dining table. The lounge opens out onto the tiled patio, and a stainless braai is supplied for outdoor entertaining.
A TV with 74cm screen and DStv is provided, but you need to bring your own smartcard.
The kitchen is large, modern, and well equipped with glass-top hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. A full set of kitchenware is provided for 6 people.
Upstairs are the bedrooms and bathrooms. The main bedroom faces the sea and looks onto Selection Reef, providing a spectacular view of beach and surf, even from the queen-size bed! The room is well equipped with cupboard space and a small dressing table, and opens out through a sliding door onto a wooden deck - ideal for private evening sundowners.
The second room has a lovely sea view and has 2 three-quater beds.
The main bathroom has a toilet, shower, bath and washbasin. There is also a separate toilet with washbasin.
The unit is serviced daily Mon - Fri and linen is changed once a week. You need to bring your own towels.
Smokers - use the patio, please!
A 30 meter walk will take you to a quiet beach with safe paddling. For those wanting to swim and surf, the main beach is 500m away near the ski boat club and launch site. For spearfisherman, Selection Reef is well known for producing gamefish all year round. Restaurants and shops for basic commodities are within walking distance.
Takeaways can be ordered and delivered. Gateway with its extensive shops and entertainment is only 7kms away. For those wanting to gamble and see top class shows,
