3O Degrees on Stiebel is a secure, comfortable self-catering beach
house in the peaceful coastal village of Umzumbe, right on the beach, 100 kms
south of Durban on the N2/R102.
There are two lock-up garages, and an electric gate and ample guest parking.
The double - story house has four bedrooms, two of which are sea facing; one has
a large upstairs balcony.
Downstairs: 1 double bed with bathroom en suite (aircon)

1 room with two single beds. (aircon)
Upstairs: Family unit made up of 1 large room double bed,
Opening onto private balcony with a great sea View! Adjoining the main room is a
small children's room with two single beds.

Lounges: One adults lounge that opens onto the veranda.

Two gates lead directly onto the beach - one onto 'Sharks Bay' and the other a
few meters walk to 'Granny's Bay' and Umzumbe Beach (+- 200 meters) one of the
few Blue Flag beaches in South Africa.
The house is serviced each day between 8:30 - 10.30 am. Excluding
Sundays. Bath towels are provided, but guests are expected to bring their own
beach towels please. Soap and toilet paper is provided.
The property is surrounded by an electric fence with an alarm, and the house is
beamed inside and outside with an armed response.
There is a lock up safe.
