The Unit
This privately owned, non-smoking, self-contained unit comprises of 2 bedrooms and sleep a maximum of four adults and two children. The unit is fully furnished and has beatiful views of the Glenmore valley.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, hob, microwave, crockery and cutlery. The patio offers a built-in braai and access to lawn for kids to play.

DSTV
The living room features a TV (bring own smart card for DStv).

Ceiling fans
Both the bedrooms and living room are fitted with ceiling fans.

The Bathroom
The bathroom has a shower, bath, basin and WC. Linen and towels are supplied but you are required to bring your own beach towels.

Servicing
Servicing of the unit can be arranged at approx. R40.00 per day, for your own account.

Security
The complex is fully fenced and has twenty-four hour on-site security to guarantee your safety and peace of mind.

Fun for the whole family with putt-putt, trampoline, jungle gym, pool tables, table tennis and tennis court! San Miguel is set amongst shady trees with a wealth of bird life; a perfect getaway for the whole family. There is a beautiful swimming pool with braai/barbecue facility. Other facilities comprise of a tennis court, a putt-putt course, jungle gym and trampoline as well as a clubhouse with table tennis, pool tables and DStv. For the beach lover there is the popular Port Edward and The Wild Coast Casino.

    25% Penalty fee will be levied on cancellation with less than 30 days notice. No penalty fee will be levied should the apartment be re-allocated for the same period, or if no other prospective clients were turned away due to initial reservation.

    Deposit of 50% of invoice total is required with booking; the balance is payable 10 days before occupation. Only payment of deposit secures booking. No occupation will be allowed before account is settled in full.
  • Rules/Conditions
    1. This unit sleeps maximum 5 people. 2. No smoking will be permitted inside the unit, the veranda is acceptable. 3. No pets are allowed. 4. No loud noise after 11 pm. 5. Please lock doors and close all windows when leaving the unit for the beach/town. Monkeys can easily reach inside! You are on holiday, criminals not!! 6. For your own safety please do not hire workers from the street. 7. Cleaning services during your stay will be for your own expenses. 8. Please leave the unit tidy, any dirty dishes etc will be charged against you. 9. Inform owner of any breakages ASAP 10. Do not park a vehicle or trailer in such a way that it will obstruct other visitors. 11. Do not leave anything outside on the veranda at night or when you go out. 12. Do NOT leave the key in the door at night as it is very close to the window. 13. On arrival: * Check the inventory list and make notes of any shortages * Check that all appliances are in working order 14. On departure: * Check the inventory list and make notes of any shortages/breakages/damaged items, etc * Ensure the fridge is empty and the door closed!! * Make sure the main switch of the stove has been switched off * Make sure that all windows are securely closed and the glass sliding door securely locked (two latches, including the dead bolt top left corner).
