The house is beautifully maintained and set in lush green palms with
panoramic 180degrees sea views above Tiffanys Beach, Salt Rock. Just 30 minutes drive
north from Durban and 15 minutes from King Shaka Airport and 10 minutes away
from Zimbali's famous golf course.
The house is bright and modern Cape Dutch with 3 bedrooms, and Game Room leading
onto the patio. It has a wooden deck overlooking the ocean and balcony and patio
front and back. Perfect for summer and winter outdoors.
The beach is a short 175m walk away, and mini shops are 300m south - this means
no more driving once you have settled in. The Salt Rock Hotel with all it's
amenities is within 300m of the house, so everything you need for relaxation is
within easy reach. The house is used regularly by the owners so it is fully
furnished and equipped as a beach home from home

- Spacious Main Bedroom with en-suite bathroom, Queen size bed and
built-in cupboards.
- The second bedroom has a Queen size bed plus built-in cupboards.
- The third bedroom has 2 x single beds and built - in cupboards. The
second bathroom is large and spacious and has a separate shower and wash
basin.
- The Game Room has a single bed.
- The lounge has big comfortable furniture and includes a couch big enough
to sleep on allowing the house to sleep 6 people.
- The open plan dinning area is situated between the lounge and the pool
room area. It also has a guest toilet and basin.
- The Modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with fridge / freezer,
stove, microwave, toaster, kettle and all utensils.
- The lounge area includes CD / radio player and TV'. We have standard
SABC and ETV and the facility for DSTV although you will need to bring your
own smart card.
- The deck can seat 6 and a Webber Braai is available.
- Extras available include 2 x Boogie boards, 2 sets of Flippers, a beach
umbrella, 4 fold up chairs and a Dartboard (please bring your own darts).
There are also numerous Board and Card games for kids 3 years and up.
The Ballito shopping Mall with a variety of restaurants and coffee Shops is 5
minutes drive whilst The Gateway Shopping Mall in Umhlanga is 15 minutes away.
Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the house.
