Located across the road from your own secluded piece of beach this immaculate
self catering apartment on the 2nd level, has spectacular 180 degree sea views.
The apartment has 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom (Bath with shower). The
balcony is accessed from the open plan lounge and stunning breaker views can be
enjoyed from the main bedroom, open plan lounge cum dining room and kitchen. The
second bedroom offers 2 single beds. There is a double sleeper couch in the
lounge and a single camping cot available for parents with babies/ toddlers.
The unit boasts air-conditioning, a flat screen TV, a surround sound system with
DVD player, DStv, fridge, microwave, washing machine. Linen is provided, but
bath and beach towels are excluded. The flat is fully equipped to ensure a
comfortable home away from home stay for the busy executive as well as the
family. The kitchen is fully fitted.
The apartment is serviced daily (weekdays only - not available weekends and
public holidays). A covered parking bay is allocated to the flat and parking for
visitors is easily arranged with security. The complex is 24 hour access
controlled by security guards on duty at the gates. Electric fencing encloses
the complex. There is a communal pool and a braai facility in the complex.
Two popular hotels / restaurants are within walking distance (Viz. La Mercy
Beach Hotel and Seabelle). Umdloti is 7 minutes away and offers a wide range of
restaurants and other service facilities, namely a petrol station, pharmacy,
hardware store, 2 supermarkets, post office, a medical doctor and a liquor
store.
Neighboring Umdloti Beach is a swimming beach. Rock and surf fishing is a
popular pastime, so bring along your fishing rods. The La Mercy Beach/ Lagoon
area offers braai facilities, lapa, and children's play area. Kite surfing at
the lagoon is a popular activity (there is also a kite surfing school).
La Mercy is a 10 minute drive from the Gateway Shopping Centre; a 5 minute drive
from Umhlali and Mt.
Edgecombe Golf Courses. Durban and uShaka Marine World are only a 25 minute
drive away.

- The apartment is a non-smoking area. Smoking permitted on the balcony
only!
- Unfortunately no pets allowed.
