Come and enjoy your self catering getaway in a lock up and go duplex
townhouse in secure complex. This self catering unit sleeps 8 and consists of 3
bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two of which is en-suite. Bed linen supplied. The main
bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.
The second bedroom has two single beds. The third bedroom is down stairs, has a
bunk bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. The third bathroom
is upstairs and has a bath, basin and toilet. Remember to pack your bath towels.
The double sleeper couch in the lounge sleeps two people and bed linen is also
provided.
The kitchen in the unit is fully equipped: fridge/freezer, microwave, hob and
oven. All crockery and cutlery provided. The kitchen has a sliding door leading
to a patio with table and chairs where you can also enjoy your meals. The unit
also offers a TV and DSTV. (Bring your own smart card.) The lounge leads to a
balcony with a built in braai.
The unit has an automated garage with direct access into the townhouse, as well
as extra parking space.
There is a small shopping centre only 1km down the road. It has a small
supermarket, laundromat and hairdresser.
Hartenbos main beach,
restaurants, craft market, heated indoor pool, putt-putt course and kids
entertainment area. If you're a golfer, Mosselbay Golf Course is only 6kms away
and Pinnacle Point 8kms. Fancourt and The Links a 20 minute drive. The Garden
Route Casino is 8kms from the townhouse. Langebaan Shopping Centre is 2kms down
the road. It will take you 5 minutes to get to Diaz Beach. The harbour is only 8
kms away and there you can book deep-sea fishing trips or a trip around Seal
Island or you can visit one of the many museums.
The unit is not serviced daily, but it can be arranged if required.
