Lounge with 42" plasma screen; HD DSTV; DVD player; sound system.
Games room w pool table that converts to 8-seater dining table for indoor
dining.
Wooden deck with private pool, chairs, loungers & 8-seater outdoor dining suite.
Fully furnished and equipped with linen and towels.
Kitchen appliances include washing machine, microwave, dishwasher & all small
appliances.
The private swimming pool on the deck does not have a safety net on it.
Cleaning and Service:
The house is cleaned, beds made and house laundry done by live-in housekeeper,
Martha Khumbuzile, on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Any extra dishwashing,
personal laundry or babysitting is to be negotiated with Martha at the tenants
own expense.
PLEASE NOTE: The inside of this home is a NO SMOKING zone. Guests may smoke on
the deck.
Parking:
#22 has a single lockable garage and ample parking for visitors. Parking space
is available directly in front of the house for 3 cars.
Complex facilities:
The Martinique complex is situated right on the seashore. # 22 enjoys lovely sea
views whilst tenants enjoy staying in the house that affords the most privacy in
the complex. A large communal swimming pool is available for use by tenants. A
children's playground is also in the complex gardens. The complex is secure and
patrolled by security guards at night.
Activities:
Swimming beach (Thompsons Beach) is less than 500m walk away.
Fishing is good from the rocks in front of the Martinique complex.
Sports facilities and excellent shopping facilities are all nearby.
Dolphin and bird spotting from the deck of #22 Martinique is excellent.
