| 50% deposit to be paid to secure booking - allow 3 days from date of confirmation letter. Balance/amount owing to be paid for in full 14 days before arrival. Must quote booking reference number when making online payments. A once off booking fee of R500.00 applies. |

| Less than 7 days prior to arrival - forfeit 100% of booking value. From 8 to 14 days prior to arrival - forfeit 100% of deposit. From 1 to 28 days prior to arrival - forfeit 50% of deposit. From 29 or more days prior to arrival - forfeit 25% of deposit. |

| Regret no refunds on late arrivals and early departures. Accommodation strictly restricted to a maximum of 5 persons. No raucous parties and/or large visitor groups. Strictly no eating and drinking alcohol in bedrooms. Please adhere to body corporate rules. |
