This self-catering, garden apartment is sunny, bright and airy and its happy disposition will make you feel welcome and wanted.

No. 1 Kiahuna is situated on Lagoon Drive and is a 3-minute walk away from the popular Bronze Beach with its Life Guards service and the O'Connor Promenade, which hugs the shoreline and the Blue Flag beach for some 5kms.

It has 2 bedrooms, main-en-suite, sleeps four, 2 bathrooms, one with shower; free-flow kitchen, dining room, lounge, verandah with good partial sea view, garden furniture with large umbrella; a private, walled, colourful, grassed garden, safe for young children, which leads directly on to the communal pool, reserved for residents and guests.

The apartment is fully furnished, is compact and easily maintained. The bedrooms are bright and tastefully attired and the bathrooms, which face north, are normally sun-filled.

The kitchen is well equipped with stove, microwave and washing machine; doors and windows throughout are fly-screened; the lounge and bedrooms are fitted with large ceiling fans; the 54cm DStv has excellent reception; the Apartment and Complex is well secured; there is a lock-up garage door is automated and extra parking is available.

The main entrance is on the corner of Park Drive and Egret Place, with electronic access and there is a convenient pedestrian access to Lagoon Drive and Bronze Beach.

Regrettably, pets are not allowed. Also smoking is permitted only outside the Apartment.

A walk along the Promenade or on the Beach towards the Lighthouse offers many attractions, e.g. a beach-side cafe, restaurants, hotels with fun activities for children, deep sea fishing, dolphin viewing, scuba diving/snorkelling, micro-lighting, wind surfing and much more.
