• More than 30 days before arrival : Forfeit 20% of total rental amount
• Within 8 days to 30 days before arrival : Forfeit 50% of total rental amount
• Less than 8 days before arrival/ short notice of late arrival : Forfeit 100% of total rental amount
• No cancellations accepted for bookings in the December/ January period
• Full rental amount to be paid for the full period of stay before arrival.
• Notice to cancel a portion of reservation will not be entertained and rental amount already paid will be retained to cover loss of other possible reservations.

Late Arrivals

Important:- Arrivals (after 17h00) without prior arrangement will not be accommodated.

Arrivals after 20h00 is not acceptable and guests will not be accommodated. Short notice of late arrivals will also not be accommodated and will result in 100% forfeit of total rental amounts already paid.

• Deposit of 50% of total amount + refundable breakage deposit of R400.00 to secure a booking. Balance to be paid one week before arrival.
• No pets allowed.
• Own Towels and Toiletries please
• Balcony:-Please take note:- own risk / safety of children remains parent's responsibility
• Reputable Cleaning service available.
• No braai allowed on balcony
• MAX persons allowed :- 4 Adults + Child under 2yrs old in the cot. When the reservation is made only the number of people quoted or less will be accommodated.
  Later 'add-on' of people will NOT be accommodated and the cancellation policy will be enforced.
  No 'sleep on extra mattress on floor' will be allowed.
• Children above 3 years will be regarded as a person and sleep on own bed.
• Chancers will not be accommodated. Extra / unauthorized people found in the apartment will result in eviction and forfeit of monies paid.
• Guests to bring own towels and toiletries.
