Shearwater is a new double story beach home that sleeps 12 comfortably. It
has unobstructed sea and lighthouse views from the upper floor and large deck.
Beautiful views of the nature reserve can be enjoyed from the back of the home.
The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (1 en-suite), open plan kitchen, dinning
room with indoor braai/barbeque and lounge leading on to large deck area and
covered breakfast nook. A weber is provided if you want an outside braai.
There is a second lounge down stairs, leading out onto a heated splash pool.
Shearwater is situated right on the beach in a quiet cul-de-sac ending in the
nature reserve.
This spacious, warm home has all the mod cons including DStv, DVD player and music system, under floor heating, dish washer, chest
freezer, washing machine and tumble drier. All linen is provided but please
bring own bath and beach towels.
Please note no smoking in the home.
