This luxury duplex is only 20 steps away from a private beach with 24 hour
security. It is situated on the Magnificent Dolphin Coast only 10 minutes drive
from Ballito and 29 kilometres from the King Shaka International Airport.
Catch the early morning sunrise over the Indian Ocean from your bed every
morning. Watch the dolphins and whales frolic in the waves while you sip
sundowners and have a braai on the patio.
The accommodation consists of three double bedrooms, all opening onto sea facing
patios. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with an additional bathroom
with shower in between the second and third bedrooms. There is a guest toilet
downstairs. All bedding and bath towels are provided. Please ensure to bring
your own towels for the beach.
The lounge and dining room are combined and opens up onto a patio with a braai.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob and extractor fan, dishwasher,
washing machine, tumble drier and microwave. Daily cleaning of the unit is
available on request. DSTV is included.
The complex has a beautiful swimming pool and communal braai area. There are
three golf courses in the area: Zimbali Golf Estate, Umhlali Country Club and
Prince's Grant Golf Estate. There is easy access via the N2 highway to Ballito
with it shops and restaurants.
For entertainment, movies and world class shopping, Gateway at Umhlanga is only
30 minutes away. uShaka Marine Park and Kings Park rugby stadium is a forty
minute drive to Durban. There are several other activities in the area such as
Quad Biking and Micro Light flights over the ocean at Ballito.
You will be sure to have a wonderful stay at Dorado bay which is quiet and
secluded by it self, but close enough to all the hustle and bustle.
