The house is luxury furnished and compromises of 4 bedrooms (1 main en-suite)
and a second bathroom, both which have shower, bath, toilet and washbasin. The
main room with en-suite is a double room (king size bed). The second room may
accommodate two single or be converted to a double, also king size bed. The
other 2 rooms accommodate 2 single sharing per room. Sleeps in total 8 persons.
The house has central ducted air conditioning throughout and ceiling fans in
each bedroom. Also compromises of lounge, dining room and fully equipped
kitchen. The house is non-smoking but has a veranda with seating for a smoking
area. Undercover parking and 1 lock-up garage available on the premises which
will take maximum 4 cars. Security is of a high standard with alarm as well as
perimeter beams connected to a 24 hour armed response security company. Access
to property is with remote electronic gates. A full time housekeeper is on the
premises to ensure the house is serviced daily and will assist guests with any
There is a Compact DSTV (selected channels) with 1 TV in the lounge. Morningside is located within minutes of the main sport stadiums such as the Absa rugby stadium, Sahara Kingsmead cricket stadium and the new Moses Mabhida soccer stadium. All the main beaches, restaurants, the International Convention Centre and other tourist attractions such as uShaka Marine World, Sun Coast Casino and shopping centers are within easy driving distance and in some cases walking distance.
