Sha Bay 11 is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday apartment situated right on the seafront along the well known Lillicrona Boulevard. The flat sleeps 6 people.
The main bedroom has a double bed with a bath, toilet and basin en-suite. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a sleeper couch in the lounge sleeps 2 people. The second bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin.
The spacious lounge opens out onto a patio and private garden which is ideal for children to play or for your braai.
The open plan kitchen is well equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge / freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. The flat is fully furnished and equipped - just bring your own beach towels and bath towels. The linen is changed on a regular basis.
The flat has a TV and DStv decoder - just bring your own DStv card!
The complex has a pool with braai facilities and secure undercover parking for 1 car is provided.
Lillicrona Boulevard, which runs from
Uvongo beach to Margate beach, is a favourite with walkers, joggers and cyclists.
Take an easy walk along the seafront into Margate where daily beach activities are arranged for the youngsters during season.
The Margate / Uvongo area is the perfect place for holiday makers, offering the tourist year round opportunities for sun tanning, swimming, surfing, body boarding and fishing. The world famous annual
sardine run is also not to be missed, as well as the seasonal watching of whales and dolphins.
There are 11 golf courses in the area including
San Lameer, Selbourne and the Wild Coast Sun. For the bowling enthusiast there are also numerous bowling greens.
The blue flag beaches of Margate and
Ramsgate, together with the beautiful sheltered Uvongo beach with its waterfall, provide safe bathing for all age groups.
Shelly Beach which is less than 10km away, is not only well known for its modern shopping centre and its cinema complex, but also for its beach which is the launch site for deep sea fishing trips, whale and dolphin watching trips and scuba diving trips.
Further places of interest in the area include the Wild Coast Sun,
Oribi Gorge and the crocodile farm. The well known Waffle House on the Ramsgate beach is also well worth a visit. A wide selection of restaurants and shops cater for all tastes.
