Coast of KwaZulu Natal. It is in the heart of the Dolphin Coast, and is only a
30 minute drive from cosmopolitan Durban.
Our spacious newly renovated upmarket corner unit is on the first floor of The
Boulders, a sought after beachfront security complex on Compensation Road,
Ballito.
The apartment offers :

brought with.
- One undercover parking bay next to the first floor front door, on the
apartment level.
- Secure parking for visitors and trailers on the same level as undercover
parking.

riding are also available in the area. Other outdoor facilities include micro
light flying and helicopter flying is available during most seasons.
