100 Nkwazi is a symphony of stainless steel, glass and granite. A new,
modern, upmarket, luxurious home in which you can relax and enjoy yourselves.
There are views of the ocean from every room and it is only a short stroll to
the beach.
The upper level has 4 spacious, tastefully decorated bedrooms which accommodates
8 people i.e: 2 people per bedroom. The palatial main
suite is air-conditioned and offers en-suite his and hers facilities. Soak in
the bath while whale watching or listening to music or read a book from the
complimentary library while relaxing on the king size sleigh bed. The three
other double bedrooms are all en-suite with shower and baths. Two bedrooms have
king size beds and one has a queen bed, all fitted with quality linen. All the
bedrooms have dressing tables, hairdryers, remote controlled fans and ample
cupboard space. The third bedroom has a TV with CD/DVD player which also views
the DStv channels.
The middle level is open plan and overlooks the rim-flow swimming pool to the
ocean. The informal lounge has a TV and CD/DVD surround sound system. The
stainless steel and granite finished kitchen with bar serving area is fully
equipped for the gourmet chef and there is ample fridge/freezer space. There is
a separate scullery with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Enjoy
your meals at the 8-seater marble dining table surrounded by sea views, an
indoor water feature and atrium. The formal lounge has a flat screen TV, DVD/CD
player and Bose DTS system. There is a dual view decoder with a DStv Compact
Smartcard. You are welcome to bring your own card with if you would like a wider
variety of channels. A
guest cloakroom services this level.
There are two balconies on this level to soak up the sun or cool off in the
rim-flow swimming pool. Patio chairs and recliners are provided along with
towels. For outdoor cooking there is a gas barbeque and a Weber braai.
The ground level has a private access controlled entrance with a triple remote
controlled garage for your vehicles. The property is fully walled, has a
security system with armed response and garden perimeter beams for your added
peace of mind.
The home will be personally serviced daily by your host (not optional), so
washing dishes and general housework will be taken care of. There are laundry
facilities which are available on request and complimentary toiletries are
provided per room on arrival.
Our home is a smoke-free zone but you are welcome to smoke on
any of the balconies.
Come and spoil yourself in the subtropical lagoon and beach paradise of Zinkwazi
only 25 minutes from the new International Airport opening in May 2010 and 85
km's north of Durban. The pristine swimming beaches is protected and the lagoon and tidal pools are wonderful for the children. Zinkwazi has an abundance of birdlife and be it Game Reserves or Golf Courses, Zinkwazi is in close proximity to them all. This peaceful village is the ideal place for a well
deserved break
